I’m really glad “Snowtober” didn’t hit us here in Rochester. It was actually a nice fall weekend weather wise. Several club members were here to work on the 56 for tech day. (Thank you!) The intake is back on the engine and some interior trim was worked on. Lee has also been working on the seat frames. Look for some photos to be posted – sparks are always good shots! The guys tried to tell me they bought a 58 Chevy Saturday morning – Thanks Sam.. Bill and Lee did go look at it on Sunday, but did not come home with it. I don’t know where we would put it even if we could have gotten it.
I’d like to thank those who volunteered to serve as officer’s of the club for 2012. I hope everyone will pitch in when they can and help get sponsors and donations for next year’s car show. The car show committee is already hard at work making plans for the new location. If anyone has new ideas for meeting locations, please speak up. It is nice to try something different.
Take Care everyone,
Claudia Manchester, President

Advertising will also need to be increased, and we need to check with the Town as far as advance signage for the Show. Suggestion made that we contact both Wolfe Publications for all the Pennysaver editions, and Webster for their local news. We should get more door prize donations this year, as well as contact new sponsors. Claudia has a list of prior Goodie Bag vendors that Linda can use
for thank you letters and future contacts.
Cars were drawn for the show logo – Jim Boehly with his truck, and Caputo’s car.
